Five Brothers Releases Doc Management System

Warren, Mich.-based Five Brothers, a provider of mortgage field service solutions nationwide, has released its Management, Archival, Retrieval System (MARS), which the company says scans, extracts, secures and files data for easy accessibility, retrieval and automated reporting of process-critical missing or incomplete information.

Using Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology, MARS allows for high-speed scanning, extraction, transmission, dissemination and collection of necessary data, increasing accuracy, enhancing security and protecting information. MARS then files the documents into customizable folders acting as a central online storage system for all documents.

The scalable system also offers customized reports to alert users of process-critical missing or incomplete information, Five Brothers says. It also integrates with any existing document management system, the company adds.
