Fannie Mae CFO David Johnson To Step Down

In a regulatory filing this week, Fannie Mae announced that Chief Financial Officer David M. Johnson will resign from the company by the end of the year.

David C. Hisey, the company's executive vice president and deputy CFO, will assume Johnson's responsibilities until a successor is named. Hisey previously served as CFO from August to November 2008.
