Technology developer IndiSoft LLC says it has enhanced its RxOffice platform to meet Home Affordable Modification Program (HAMP) request and income documentation requirements as a result of the recent supplemental directives from the U.S. Treasury and the government-sponsored enterprises (GSEs).

RxOffice now supports and enforces the standard HAMP trial-plan request documentation requirements (effective June 1 for non-GSE loans) as set forth by the Treasury Supplemental Directive 10-01, the Fannie Mae 09-31 Servicing Guide amendment and Freddie Mac Bulletin 2010-3.

Using its advanced document generation capabilities, RxOffice automatically generates a completed Request for Modification and Affidavit form, required for HAMP consideration, based on the information from the homeowner and/or counselor, the company explains.

RxOffice also supports the streamlined income documentation requirements under these new program changes by applying them to specific loan and financial hardship situations, IndiSoft adds.
