San Francisco-based Cogent QC Systems has released Version 2.0 of its CogentQC.NET platform, which includes ServicingQC.NET for quality control of servicing processes and ProductionQC.NET for quality control of loan originations.

The new release incorporates an enhanced Report Writer tool, greater flexibility and control over audit environments, easier management of queries (including targeted sampling and audit question conditioning), more robust data-integrity checks, and improved feedback, loan assignment and user access controls, the company says.

"We got a lot of positive feedback from users of Version 1.0 and a lot of very useful suggestions," says James Robinson, president of Cogent QC Systems. "Version 2.0 incorporates many of those suggestions, as well as the efficiencies we've gained from implementing the platform in multiple client environments."

Cogent’s new CogentQC.NET systems leverage a service-oriented architecture and include an interface with SQL databases, as well as feature an improved audit shell design.
