The technology is designed to automate and standardize the appraisal review process while adhering to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice and ensuring compliance with government-sponsored enterprise and Federal Housing Administration guidelines.
REALview can run numerous data points against appraiser-provided data, be customized by investor-specific appraisal guidelines (including defined soft markets and DNU lists), track appraisers' performance in local markets and verify appraisers' state licensing status.
The product additionally creates rules and logic to route an appraisal to appropriate processors and uses local market data to ensure appraisals included the most relevant information available, PLATINUMdata says.
