Aspen Grove, which provides online business management solutions for the default property market, has released iListing, an online search portal for real estate owned (REO) and short-sale property listings.
The portal is free for users of Aspen Grove's iAgent system. Users can elect to list their properties on a publicly accessible Web site where buyers and buyers' agents can register to submit offers.
These offers automatically become part of the iAgent workflow, and agents are immediately tasked when an offer is received, Aspen Grove says. Agents can also set up automatic e-mail notifications for when an offer is received via iListing, according to the company.
“Through Aspen iListing, we are making property listings available with a simple MLS URL link, as well as allowing third parties to search for properties and submit offers directly online,” explains CEO Sean Ryan.
