In a move to accommodate its growing problem resolution and real estate services to clients in the western U.S., Douglas Wilson Cos. has opened a new office in Las Vegas.
The San Diego-based company, which specializes in distressed real estate and court-appointed receiverships, now has six offices, including locations in Atlanta, Miami, San Francisco and Orlando, Fla.
According to CEO Douglas P. Wilson, the new Las Vegas office enhances the company's ability to handle the increasing levels of residential, retail and commercial real estate foreclosures in Nevada and surrounding states.
"Over the past several months, our firm has experienced a significant increase in the demand for court-appointed fiduciary and workout services in the greater Las Vegas area, resulting in numerous assignments for a diverse range of projects from hospitality to real estate developments," says Wilson.
Heading up the recently opened Las Vegas office are Managing Director Brad Ebright, a certified public accountant and licensed real estate broker, and Property Manager Stephanie Dobbin, who has more than 20 years of real estate experience in the Las Vegas area. They will oversee an expanding roster of clients and projects that include more than 450,000 square feet of commercial retail and office properties.
