Holly Baya and Anthony Di Staulo have joined DIMONT, a provider of insurance claims adjusting and collateral loss mitigation services to the mortgage industry, as directors of client development.

In addition, Dwight Kline has been promoted to director of client development and Mark Lehner has been promoted to assistant vice president of client development.

With more than 10 years of mortgage industry experience, Baya has a multi-faceted perspective of the mortgage industry, as well as the ability to grow and maintain relationships while ensuring that her clients receive the highest level of service.

Baya began her career managing loans in bankruptcy for major servicers before transitioning to the technology side as an IT business consultant. Most recently, she served as national client relations director of an Arizona-based insurance company where she built relationships with law firms and servicers alike.

Di Staulo also has more than 10 years of experience in the default mortgage space working with banks, servicers, credit unions and mortgage companies.

Prior to joining DIMONT, Di Staulo served as vice president of client and vendor relations with a Maine-based claims processing company and assistant vice president of client relations at a Pennsylvania-based provider of transaction services. Most recently, he worked as national accounts sales director for an Ind.-based mortgage risk management company, where he fostered and maintained existing client relationships.

Kline, who has more than 15 years of experience, previously served as client development manager, during which time he perfected his client relations and communication skills.

As directors of client development, Baya, Di Staulo and Kline oversee and manage relationships between DIMONT and its clients, including account growth and assisting with sales and service problem resolutions.

Lehner, who has more than 15 years of industry experience, previously served as a client relations director. In his new role as assistant vice president of client development, he is responsible for managing the team of client development directors as well as overseeing the overall strategy of the division.
