Industry veterans Kathleen Guerrette-Mitchell of kgm consultants llc, and Terri Key-Cravens of Terri Cravens Enterprises LLC, have jointly launched Springboard, a new default servicing firm. According to its Web site, the company will provide a default servicing certification program.
Each managing partner brings more than 30 years of industry experience to the new venture. Guerrette-Mitchell has run an organizational management practice since 2005, providing solutions for process management, default servicing, and training and development. With Freddie Mac for 10 years, she developed and managed the company's Designated Counsel program. She has served on the executive teams of the American Legal & Financial Network and Default Attorney Group.
Key-Cravens' expertise includes business development and workflow management. She has run a business development and organizational management company since 2001, and prior to that, her industry experience included work at The First American Corporation, Barrett Burke and GMAC Mortgage.
