San Francisco-based Compass Analytics LLC is now offering CompassPoint 2.0.8, the latest version of the company's mortgage analytics suite.
According to the company, the release is headlined by new pool optimization algorithms that operate post best execution to optimize pool delivery decisions considering market pay-ups and spreads, pool minimums and concentrations, and substitution possibilities to maximize total pooling economics. Other enhancements include additional workflow efficiencies, client suggestions, mobile device formatting and interactivity in pooling, allocation, rate sheet, and hedge selection processes, all based on live pricing and within Compass' commercial grade analytics.
