Cohen Financial, a national real estate capital services firm, has formed an exclusive correspondent relationship with Zions National Real Estate (NRE), a nationwide secondary market lender for commercial real estate loans.
Andre R. Bailey, vice president of capital markets in Cohen Financial's Phoenix office, will manage the relationship.
Cohen Financial borrowers can access a range of Zion NRE's lending products, includes commercial first-mortgage Small Business Administration 504 loans, conventional loans and investor loans. Owner-occupied conventional and investor loan-to-value ratios range from 55% to 65% for transactions up to $6 million with terms from 20 to 25 years, the companies say. Cohen Financial will manage and execute each transaction from preliminary underwriting through to closing.
Other lenders and commercial mortgage bankers and brokers that want to access Zions NRE capital for their borrowers will be able to do so through Cohen Financial. The benefits to these institutions and entities include the ability to secure liquidity, fee income, an expansion of their lending territory and competitive rates, the firms add.
