Chicago-based Clopton Capital is going to YouTube to promote its commercial mortgages.
According to the company, its primary reason for creating YouTube-based videos is to publicize its commercial mortgage rates to the widest-possible audience. The first video, which is expected to be online in the next few days, will promote Clopton Capital's access to a commercial mortgage conduit.
‘We need to find new and more creative ways to get ourselves noticed,’ says Jake Clopton, founder and president of Clopton Capital. ‘What we have now works, but there are 100 ways to improve it.’
