Christopher Santora has joined SouthLaw PC, a law firm focusing on the protection of creditors’ rights in Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska and Iowa, as an associate attorney in the litigation department located in the Omaha, Neb., office.
Santora has successfully litigated and negotiated a variety of matters, including contested foreclosures and title-related litigation, such as mortgage reformation and quiet title actions, SouthLaw says in a release.
He obtained his bachelor’s degree in finance from Creighton University in 1984 and his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1993. He is currently admitted to practice law in Nebraska.
Santora focuses his area of practice on representing financial institutions and creditors’ rights litigation.
