CBCInnovis subsidiary Byte Software has announced several new business relationships and product integrations. The Kirkland, Wash.-based company has added 10 new service providers to BytePro, its loan origination software solution. The new service providers offer a range of real estate settlement services, including credit reporting, appraisal services and flood determination.
The new partner interfaces were added using ByteLink – Byte Software's partner program – which uses standardized MISMO transactions to communicate information from BytePro to the service
provider. New interfaces include the following companies and services:
- Accurate Financial Services, Cal Coast Credit Reports, KCB Information Services, Credit Information Systems, Credit Data Corp. and 1 Source Data for credit reporting;
- AppraiserLoft and StreetLinks National Appraisal Services for appraisal valuation; and
- Document Express and LPS Flood for flood determination.
Additionally, Byte Software has announced a partnership with LSSI to offer mortgage document preparation services.
