Online real estate marketplace Auction.com has named Lee Leslie executive vice president (EVP) and chief legal officer.
With 20 years of legal and real estate experience, he oversees all legal, regulatory, intellectual property, corporate transactional and governance matters for Auction.com. Leslie works closely with Jeff Frieden, CEO and co-founder of Auction.com, at the company's Irvine, Calif., headquarters.
Leslie served as the firm's interim general counsel for four months. Prior to joining Auction.com in 2014, Leslie was the founder and CEO of online real estate services firm HouseTech Real Estate (now a subsidiary of Auction.com). He has also served as chief legal officer of LendingTree Loans and LowerMyBills.com.
