Arbor Commercial Mortgage, based in Uniondale, N.Y., has opened a new sales office in Kirkland, Wash. Brian Herc, sales originator, will relocate from Bloomfield Hills, Mich., to the new office. Herc is responsible for originating all of the company's multifamily and commercial product lines – including Fannie Mae, FHA, bridge, mezzanine and preferred equity.
