AllRegs, an information provider for the mortgage industry, says its Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) coursework has been approved for continuing legal education (CLE) credit by the State Bar of California and the Florida Bar Association. The coursework is delivered through the organization's education division, AllRegs Academy.

Attorneys licensed in Florida and California can receive credit for their participation in AllRegs Academy's Avoiding FCRA Suits: Steps to Protect Your Business audio course scheduled for Wednesday, Dec. 3 from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. ET.

Delivered via 90-minute conference call and WebEx presentation, this course will address the importance of FCRA, the four major duties of furnishers of information, the consumer complaint process that must be followed by furnishers of information and prevalent litigation issues. The course is led by Brian O'Dell and Christy Hancock, both of Bradley, Arant, Rose & White LLP.
