Houston-based Allied Home Mortgage Capital Corp. is opening a new home-loan branch office in Gloucester County, N.J. The office is near Woolwich Township, which Allied Home Mortgage describes as one of the fastest-growing communities on the East Coast.
The branch will be managed by Christopher Bayes, who founded the residential lending division of Lehman Brothers Bank FSB in Claymont, Del., and oversaw the day-to-day operations and strategic development of The Lending Group Inc. (also in Claymont), before founding Mortgage Funding Solutions LLC in West Deptford, N.J.
Last month, Allied Home Mortgage opened a branch in Scottsdale, Ariz.
