ALFN Chief Resigns

The American Legal & Financial Network (ALFN), based in St. Louis, has announced that William LeRoy has resigned as CEO and president.

In a press statement, the ALFN said that LeRoy had resigned ‘in order to pursue other opportunities.’ Wesley T. Kozeny, ALFN co-founder and chairman of the board of directors, was named interim CEO and president, and the company has begun to search for a permanent replacement for LeRoy.Â
