Dimont, which offers specialty insurance and loan administration solutions to the residential and commercial financial services industries, has announced a series of new hires and promotions.
Starting with the new hires, Gary Barrett has been named executive vice president and chief financial officer for the company. Barrett has more than 25 years of finance, operations and strategy experience. He has served in both executive and consulting roles with more than 50 companies to help improve their operational and financial performance and has extensive experience in the services, telecommunications, manufacturing, energy and retail industries.
Prior to working for Dimont, Barrett held senior executive roles with three different private equity portfolio companies. Most recently, he served as the CEO and chief financial officer of a San Francisco-based specialty grocery store chain.
In addition, Aubrey Bronson has been hired as the company’s new director of operations. Bronson has a proven track record of developing highly efficient and productive operations teams, with an emphasis on default servicing operations. Prior to joining Dimont, she served as vice president of client integration for a Texas-based full-service mortgage solutions company, for which she developed the client relationship management department.
In her new position, Bronson will be responsible for overseeing claims production, creating financial and production forecasts, and developing tools to control expenses.
Dimont has also hired Jodi Moehring and Denesha Luke as operations managers. They have more than 13 and 17 years of experience, respectively.
In their new roles, they are responsible for the day-to-day management of client-based operations teams, including staffing, training, scheduling and production quality performance.
In addition, Vivian Hughes and Dwight Kline have been hired as client relations managers. They each have more than 20 years of experience.
In their new roles, Hughes and Kline will be responsible for developing relationships to facilitate problem resolution and identifying process efficiencies. They will also assist sales and marketing with requests for proposals, client services expansion and attracting new clients.
In addition to the new hires, Fran Weichsel has been promoted to senior vice president of client services. Weichsel has more than 30 years of experience in real estate, including servicing, real estate owned disposition, valuation and insurance. In his new role, he will be responsible for developing, maintaining and expanding Dimont’s client relationships with the government-sponsored enterprises and servicers, as well as operations.
In addition, Tom Stover has been promoted to senior vice president of solutions. Stover has more than 25 years of professional experience, including his previous roles as senior director of solutions development at Dimont. In his new position, he will be responsible for ensuring that best practices are implemented into the company’s operations.
Also, Collin Harbour has been promoted to vice president of business development. Harbour has more than 20 years of experience. He previously served as director of business development at Dimont. In his new role, he will be responsible for the expansion of the overall business by leading all sales-related activities with prospective clients and by working with existing clients on comprehensive solutions to their insurance-related needs.
Also, Connie Baringer has been promoted to director of support services. Baringer brings over 20 years of experience in corporate recruiting, hiring, employee relations and human resources, as well as a background in multi-line claims adjustment and team leadership to this position. In her new position, she will be responsible for managing the human resources and facilities departments, as well as providing company staffing and hiring information to assist management in making strategic recruiting and hiring decisions. Previously, she served as senior talent acquisition manager.
Also, Mark Lehner has been promoted to director of client relations. Lehner has 15 years of experience. Previously, he served as a client relations manager at Dimont. In his new job, he will be responsible for creating strategic plans to manage and proactively develop ongoing relationships with existing clients.
Finally, Teresa Urban has been promoted to client relations manager. Urban has more than 20 years of experience. In her new role, she will assist with sales and service problem resolutions.
