360 Mortgage Adds Three Wholesale Account Executives

360 Mortgage Group, a private mortgage bank specializing in third-party origination, has hired three new wholesale account executives with a combined 65 years of mortgage industry experience.

Spencer Davis, previously a wholesale account executive at U.S. Bank Home Mortgage, brings more than 40 years of mortgage industry experience to 360 Mortgage. Prior to working for U.S. Bank, Davis worked as a wholesale account executive at Centex Home Equity Corp. and also Emergent Mortgage Corp. He also previously worked as a loan officer/branch manager at Allied Home Mortgage Capital Corp., First Home Mortgage of Virginia, Equity Mortgage Associates Inc. and other firms. Davis will be focused on building broker relationships and servicing brokers in Virginia.

Wayne Starn comes to 360 Mortgage with 15 years of mortgage industry experience. He previously worked for U.S. Mortgage Partners as a vice president. He has also held wholesale mortgage lending positions with GMAC Bank and worked as a sales manager for Vertice, a division of Wachovia Securities. He also founded Florida Funding and Investments, a retail mortgage company. Starn will be focused on building broker relationships and servicing brokers in North Carolina.

Danny Tunnell has more than 11 years of experience in wholesale mortgage lending. Most recently, he worked as an account executive at American Mortgage Network/Vertice. Prior to that, he was a mortgage broker with Dynasty Mortgage and Zenith Financial Services. Tunnell will be focused on building broker relationships and servicing brokers in Florida.

All three will report to Brad Smith, regional manager for the Southeast region of the U.S.
